Also when you move past mods like new floormats, alot of the custom fab work translates over to any time of vehicle. For example this new cross member is very similar to the one we did on my old YJ. Once you escape the bolt on parts you buy out of a catalog, you can get inspiration from any type of vehicle. |

When you have more than 35 posts you can ask questions like that.

Well, the next thing on deck is rear shocks. I modified some ford shock towers, and planned to use the bilsteins that the previous owner gave me with the truck. It turns out they are way to long, so I sold them to a friend and I am going to go with Polyperformance BBCS (search their site to figure out what it means
). They are a really interesting design and I plan on doing a write up for Jeep Forum once I get them installed. Also, I have ditched the big truck tool box in favor of a smaller box that is bolted to the bed. I was also able to sneak the Hi Lift in front of the box to save more space. I also got bored one day and used some BMX parts I had laying around to whip up a hand throttle. here are some pics: Shock mount (the diamond plate stuff is a bed matt I cut up to fit close to the shocks so my dog's leg could not fall through the holes) ![]() ![]() new tool box and relocated high lift ![]() hand throttle ![]() |

nice lookin bike too haha. mines sitting in the garage. to be honest, i havent riden it for about a year. once winter came i was snowboarding all the time and never really had time to go ride. then one day i rode and my driver took a **** on me. havent fixed it yet, hence the sitting in the garage thing. the last few days i've been thinking about getting it fixed and hopping back on. that thing used to control my life, and income.
