I live in north Austin. To be honest I had to google Edna, Texas to figure out where it even was

I had JK Customs in Round Rock, Texas weld up my cage. This is the same shop that did all of the tube work on my old rig so I know they build there stuff to last. The new cage is a DIY cage kit from Essentially Offroad but Jason @ JK Customs added in some extra details that improved on EOR's design(check out the dash bar he cooked up for me)

Here are a few shots I will get some better ones once I toss some paint on it

I can't wait to wheel it for real now with no fear of rolling

It is a 91 pickup.

Nice Toy. I had a roommate in College Station who had a '91 with a solid front and buggy spring rear. Last I saw it was on 37's, but that was several years ago. I remember being at Heat Wave one year when he had 33's on it with the same suspension and crawled up a 44" bogger on one of the show trucks there. Damn thing was impressive.

Where do y'all go around Austin? I will hopefully be up there for a few years starting this fall.

Here are a few of the parts that will be going into the front axle.

Six shooter knuckles and high steer arms(stock configuration is a 4 bolt arm)
Upgraded ARP knuckle studs
Full axle rebuilt kit

and to think this all started with one broken steering stud on my stock knuckles

I should be good for 39s and hydro steering
