Well, I finally picked up my axle housing, so now i can start on setting up my perches, shock mounts and brake lines. I also have to grind a good amount off of my third member to gain the full clearence provided by the new housing

here are a few cell pics

I actually sit with about 6-8 inches of clearance. My toyota sits pretty ow for its tire size. here is a cell phone pic of the clearance

No deal but the camera is actually pretty cheap. I just got it for playing around with.

It is a GoPro wide camera. With a few mounting options I spent abot 200.00 shipped.

I've spoken my praise for this build before, but I must ask...

Is anything even a challenge? Everything just seems too easy to drive over. Seems like it'd be less fun if you can just drive up/over whatever you want.

It is all relative. The guys I wheel with mostly have buggies and rigs with way bigger tires, axles, etc.

I am usually the smallest truck in our group. I think that as you progress in this hobby you want to push yourself more and more, i doubt that the cycle ever ends.

Bottom line, my wife and I love the sport of 4 wheeling and the experience of getting out of town and into nature. I have alot of fun running milder trails aswell as hardcore trails.

to add to what you just said.....
my heap is only on 35s but i ran some trails the other day that were only mildly challenging to me with some guys on 37s and even some on 42s all built very nicely, at first i was like why waste your time? you can pick any line an do it without a problem, then i realized they were having tons of fun meeting new people hanging out and just relaxing in the mountains

The axle worked great.

In other news I have put the truck up for sale. I am also looking at selling my trailer and tow rig. So far I have the Toyota for sale but if it does not sell I will probably keep it around and try to scale it back a bit so it can be driven to the trail.
