Got all the welding done on the bumper tonight. I just need to drill a few holes to mount it and get some paint on it.

Inside view of the D-ring mount welded. The welds look pretty good I think. I just couldn't clean them up very good with the wire brush for the pic. Damn flux core wire is messy.

Back to the radiator... I am thinking I am just going to leave the shroud alone and mount the fan as a pusher. I won't have to worry about clearance that way.

Thanks Goob. I hope so. This is the Jeep I have wanted to build since I was a little kid.

Got the bumper in place tonight and the winch mounted. The wife thinks i need to paint my shackles green to match the motor and diff cover. I think I will wait until if is over 10 degrees to do that, any opinions?

I also pulled the radiator and got my fan mounted as a pusher.

may want to mesh the backside of your grill with an electric pusher fan. there are lots of things in the woods and mud holes up here that would wreck an e-fan in no time.

Yes Mike, I was thinking the same thing. Not sure what to use yet, but I will get to it at some point.

The reason your paints not sticking and peeling off is because they've been dipped galvanized. I've heard lots of guys say that plasti-dip works pretty good.

Got the Jeep moved to the new shop today. Hopefully in the next couple weeks I can get back to work on it.

Finally got to spend a couples hours in the shop. I even worked on the Jeep. Got the 9in pulled and cut off a bit of the truss and the crappy old mounts. Tomorrow I hope to get it cleaned up and the new Ballistic Fab mounts burned in.
