We had originally added a Poison Spyder Trail Cage to the stock roll bar as a temporary measure since we didn't have our Lazer-Fit Full Cage Kit designed for the LJ yet. Then we decided to go ahead and prototype the new LJ cage right here on Daddy Longlegs. When complete, this will be our standard Full Cage Kit for the LJ, using the same plate steel A-pillars found in our TJ Full Cage Kit and TJ/LJ Trail Cage Kits. We will also develop a version with a full tube A-Pillar that goes through the dash to the floor, at some time in the future

Here's a photo to update something that was asked about earlier, when we showed photos of the mods to the rear crossmember. Yes its getting a fill plate.
This is awesome. The frame side mounts are exactly what I want to do.

Any pics of the front frame side mounts? A completely flat underbelly is the goal I assume.

Yes that is the goal for this rig, and we plan to develop a skid system to work with it, as well as an "almost flat" system for those who aren't ready yet to do this much surgery.

Well it looks awesome, and for the skid, looks like you could almost throw a 4x8 sheet of aluminum on the bottom and call it good

Last week we stripped Daddy Longlegs down to send it out to the paint shop. Should be back later this week.

I kinda liked it too, but it needed to be much brighter. I hope to have it back today. We'll post up as soon as we can get some good shots.

We're starting to reassemble it now. As more and more grey parts are going on the better I like it. I think it'll stand out in a crowd.
