Thanks Dusty!! It looks like a great light bar.

Flippin flap jacks, nice work as always. I have to say, I sincerely love those axles, sickness...

I'm very interested to see what you guys come up with for the rear tri 4-link geometry.

Not a whole lotta progress on Daddy Longlegs over the past week, as our guys have been mostly working on a couple of the other projects we have going on, including prepping the racer for Vegas To Reno. But in their spare time they started fitting up the front coilover towers. These were CAD designed along with the rest of the suspension components. We also did a custom cut of the DeFender XC Inner Fenders to work with them.

Unfortunately, there’s not a lot to update yet. We’ve had acouple of customer builds that took priority. The rear shock towers and axle mounts are cut and formed. We’ll get them tacked together and post a couple of pictures soon.

We realized that by cutting our new inner fender to accommodatethe new coil over towers that it became a little floppy. We’ll have to add a tab at the front to keep it stable when driving. Which is all part of the R and D process. Most everything is re-routed under the hood, we’ll shoot a couple of pictures to give Defender HC buyers ideas on how to route their own lines etc.

It’s killing me to see this thing sit idle, but I think we’ll have some time next week to jump back on it. As soon as we have anything worth posting we’ll get it uploaded.

Thanks for following along.

Would love to see more on the XC inner fender goodies. Also on the matching height of the rear Defenders

What specifically were you wanting to see? I think there are quite a few photos of both of those items here in the thread already, but if there is a specific angle or detail you wanted a closer look at let me know.
