TY, The Zone springs ride pretty good for a cheap lift.
Will do, if/when I go I'll probably camp over night since it's a 3hr drive from my house. I'm practically in Benbrook, TX.

I installed the bumper today. I also took the cheap pocket flares off and put the factory flares back on after painting them with Fusion satin black.

Well I made a stupid mistake. The Smittybilt winch I bought hit the gusset on the left side. So off came the gussets, I still need to grind the left over welds down and recoat. I may redo the gussets someday, but for now I'm not. It only cost me $20 to have it welded up, I have made worst mistakes before.

Hey Cuder, are you going to Rock Trails of Tolar with LSJC on the 20th? I think I am.

I'm going to line the tub with Monstaliner, Lady in Red. I have everything out but the drivers seat and took it to the carwash to clean it up some. I need to get a electric sander to dull the paint, then epoxy primer the bare metal.
While I have every out I'm putting in another column from a 2001 that has tilt and cruise control. The light switch moved to the multifunction switch in 2001, so I'm leaving it on the dash. I'm going to have to find a multifuction switch for a 2000 that has the intermittent wipers.
I found a write-up on WF for the wiring of the cruise control when the Jeep isn't pre-wired. Pictures will be posted of the install.

Sweet. My interior Monstaliner kit is sitting in my garage in Ft Worth. Maybe I'll see you at one of the cruise ins and possibly a run or two over the summer.

I bought a palm sander at harbor Freight for $15. It worked pretty good with the course pads I bought at Lowes.

The LSJC is at Hot Springs this weekend, wish I could've gone.

Yep, I'm working overtime at the plant and also working on the Jeep.

Got it ready to roll Monstaliner and also pulled the steering column to swap the 2001 tilt in. I'm going to have to take the tilt mechanism off the 2001 and put it on mine, also will have to put the 01 cruise control buttons on my steering wheel. The ignition switch is different, as is the shaft that goes to the bottom end. Mine is splined and the 01 isn't.

2001 shaft.

2000 shaft.
