Crawford's 97 ZJ Build

Since everyone has a build thread, I figured I might as well join the club. Plus it's an excellent way to back up pictures incase of hard drive failure. Anyways I plan to do quite a bit to this jeep so stay tuned. I'll upload pics in a bit.

Had trouble getting clean metal to weld on, resulting booger welds

Stripping the floor

Paint I'll be using on the floor

Bad welds because of bad metal

Welded in most of the floor seal holes

One area that's been stripped, prepped, and painted

I was going to do a whole write up and review of my new Alloy USA HD D30 Balljoints, but they suck. I will never buy an Alloy USA product again. Nothing but junk. I didn't even bother to take pictures. Sooner or later I'm going to replace them with a quality ball joint, moog. But I did buy the Rugged Ridge HD Tie Rod set up. I'm actually quite happy with that product. Might post pictures tomorrow. As of right now I am working on painting and Monstalining the floor.
