We got some more progress done tonight. We welded in the filler panel for the passenger side quarter overlay

After filler

We got the passenger side fender off and trimmed the front of the rock slider to allow the fender to come up to the correct position . Still have to do the driver side

we also trimmed the quarter to the edge of the overlay and we are starting to have a pile of unused parts laying around.

Yea I think he is planning on selling them but shipping would probably not be worth it for you.

tonight we went ahead and mounted up everything how iti is going to be. This will be a big help after it is painted, all we will have to do is bolt everything down and clip in the wires. We started off by reworking the fuse box holder. We have come up with a good design in case anyone else runs the tnt fenders.

First get the battery tray and fuse block holder out of the jeep

next we marked the area to be cut off the fuse box holder

Once you cut that off, go back to the battery tray and drill the two spot welds out to get that bracket off thats in the first picture. you should end up with these three pieces

Now you can cut the battery track bracket down to about this size

then drill a couple of holes in the fuse bracket to plug weld through to the battery tray bracket

then you will have a completed bracket which bolts nicely to the side of the fender

we also got the arb compressor and horn mounted as well as relocating the charcoal canister

Thanks that's my cousins and it is a 04 125. 2 strokes are awesome and a lot easier to maintain than a 4 stroke.

Oh I know. I got a RM250, I would much rather work on a 2 stroke. Theres like nothing that can really go wrong on them and if something does, its easy to find. Theyre a lot cheaper too which is always a plus.
