I was thinking about that at work today. I can move the axle forward about a half inch to allow more clearance. I might want to buy one before I button everything back up

That's what I was getting at, would suck when everything is done and you destroy the diff cover, buy one that can withstand the rigors of wheelin. but doesn't clear the tank

Have you played with mr 4 link calculator yet?
Now is a good time to figure out mount placement, link length and angle. You get that right and those Moab ledges become cake

Not yet but after everything is cleaned up I going to measure my mount placement and throw the numbers in and see what needs adjustment.

From your views what are the best numbers to shoot for Art?

Connor loves this stuff, so does Mikey. I would try and shoot for adjustable anti squad between 70 to 100% and try to get zero roll steer or close to that. That should make for a Jeep that climbs ledges really well with minimum wheel hopping. I have been pretty happy with numbers in that neighborhood

I'm with Art, having some sort of adjustability is good, you may fine preference in a lower or higher AS.

I like the idea of adjustability as well helps me find that prefect setting to my liking

After some mild research I think getting a riddler diff cover for the 8.8 is the plan. From what I've found it provides better clearance then the stock diff cover.

Stock 3" from the matting surface

Riddler 2 7/8" from the matting surface

If push comes to shove I can move the axle forward an inch
