I have a rattling noise coming from my front grill near my fan shroud. Mike did you have this issue after your install?

Well my fan blade would contact my shroud when I flexed But on the street it was fine. I had to trim the bottom of the shroud to stop the noise.

As far as a rattle, no I didn't have one.

Turns out my "rattle" was also the fan blade. I adjusted the grills position and it made it go away. I'll check how it is when everything is flexed out tomorrow.

Things left to do:
Order JK parking lamps housings/install them
preform regear
replace winch solenoid

Wish I could claim that as my idea , but I picked it up from Jerry Bransford . It works great , just take your time cutting your holes .

I used a 3 1/4" hole saw and then a round file to get the fit perfect . I was looking in Bransfords thread trying to find the turn signal part # and noticed he used a 3 1/8" hole saw . Not sure about the difference between his and mine . Measure yours when they come in before you buy a hole saw . Rock Auto's part numbers are 18603400 (left) & 18603300 (right) .
