I am a little confused by the picture because the lugs closest to the camera look about the same but where is your penny placed in the first pic?

They're the exact same place. Since the tires were angled in like this /\ the insides wore much faster than the outsides.

Good news is the shop will be replacing the front two tires. But DT has to order them and hopefully they're not on back order this time.

Shop paid me for the new tires and I went to DT today where they discovered one of my spacers had a broken stud. On the Jeep right at a month and already broken a stud, maybe wheel spacers weren't the way to go. Been researching back spacing but not too much luck yet. Can't decided what BS I need but most wheels I'm finding are 3.25 or 3.5" BS and I currently have 3.75" BS so that doesn't help. I've decided the next set of wheels I get will be 15x8 bead locks. Looking at Raceline Monster Black, Raceline Daytona Black, or ATX Slabs. Probably only ordering a set of 4. But I guess if they're all the same back spacing that solves nothing and I still rub the control arms. Is this something steering stop washers can fix?

Raceline Monster Black

Raceline Daytona Black (basically what I have now + bead lock)

ATX Slabs

Those slabs are ugly. Out of the 3, I prefer the Daytona.

From the above picture I would agree with you on ugly, but I think they look good on the Jeep.

It rubbed pretty good while driving in the parking garage. I put 2 washers on each SS a while back but the new tires rubbed it, would adding a few more washers help? I'm not really concerned with loss of turning radius.

The Racelines are always pimp, but the new METHODS are badass! Also the 3.25BS WILL solve your rubbing issues...... for the most part.
