Try swapping the bolt on your disconnects. Have them face towards your engine instead of away.

Alright I'll give it a try when I get home. I ended up just driving disco'd yesterday. And got a new click pin at Ace Hardware for $1.73.

I switch the bolts around, but the only way I could was to shorten one link. The passenger disco is shorter than the driver, is that ok?

Edit: I later realized that the disco on the passenger side was mounted on the bottom of the swaybar and the disco on the driver side was mounted on the top of the swaybar.

That's fine you'll have a slight difference in link length.

Awesome, then I'm set. Thanks Snocone.

I think that's about it for the mods on the Jeep for a little bit. Tomorrow is my grandpa's burial, he died at 77 from lung cancer. Then Saturday I move to College Station, TX for school. I'm going to look into Texas A&M Off-Road club and hopefully join that.

Tonight a buddy and I went to the local 4WP after they were closed and tested some flex. I know it's not maxed out but the brake lines aren't long enough to max out and didn't want to risk damaging them.

Later we did a little bit of night time wheeling, but not too much since I didn't have another rig to help me if there were problems. I did get to try out my Aussie and can say it was incredible; I melted over the obstacles. Unfortunately none of the pictures came out.

Today I moved from Fort Worth to College Station to attend Blinn College. I pulled a 5'x8' U-Haul trailer with the Jeep and it handled just fine. While setting stuff up in my new to me apartment I noticed my kitchen table was COVERED in ants, so I contacted maintenance which won't come until Monday. So I sprayed them with Lysol and they died instantly, still need the area sprayed for bugs.

Here's the Aggie Barn!

My Jeep was pulling to the left so I went to Firestone to get it aligned, then they said it was fine and switched the two front tires around. Now it pulls to the right, but they say the alignment is fine. Any ideas as to why it would pull if the alignment is "fine"?

Looked into an off-road club here at Texas A&M, they have a meeting a week from Wednesday so I'll go talk to them again. Hopefully join them and go on a run to Texas Off-Road Ranch in Huntsville, TX on Feb. 2nd.

Today the check engine light came on after making a sharp turn in a parking lot, then the Jeep sputtered. After I turned it back on the check engine light came on so I took it to get the code pulled and it came up with an error for the idler air. I decided to just leave it be for now; but the more I drove today the engine light went off. When the light was on the Heep was running as good as it ever does.

Does anyone know what this cord is for? I noticed today that it was unplugged, so i plugged it back in.

Traced it back to this bolt on the T-case. As far as I can tell it is runs from this bolt over to the skid. I don't know what purpose it could serve.

Looks like it is some sort of ground strap, check under the hood and look at the one that connects the hood to the chassis. If it looks like the same braided metal cord, then its just a ground strap.

I just checked under the hood; the one on the Tcase is much thicker. But I think it probably is a ground wire. My dad is the original owner of this TJ and he doesn't have a clue what it is for...

FedEx just dropped off 5 boxes at my place
003 (7)15x8 Rugged Ridge with 3.75 backspacing

To my surprise they came with center caps, but I don't think I'll use them.

Hopefully I'll get my new tires soon.
