So, did you mod the flasher relay or replace it? I was at work today and didn't have the time to explain.

As far as I remember the older TJs don't require flashers for LEDS. Am I wrong?

EDIT: Cuder was right. Everything is wired up but the blink extra fast. Found a write up to mod the flasher

Ok I finished up the tail lights. I tried modding the old flasher but couldn't get it to work so I ordered a new one. I'll get more night pics tonight probably. One final thing I realized is that I no longer have a license plate light...Might end up ordering something like the pic below and tapping into the brake light *sigh* I hate electricals.

Reverse lights aren't too focused on my phone.

Noticed a fair sized puddle under my Jeep when I got home tonight. Not sure if it's the RMS or valve cover. The puddle is under the back of the oil pan and bellhousing, but I noticed that the front of the oil pan looks wet aswell. It's really annoying. I bought the stuff to do it myself, but I just really don't want to do it. At all. Got two quotes from local guys, one at $200 and the other at $220 for RMS and valve cover.

Yea he sent me a message on LSJC. But I found a buddy who said he'd do it for less as a favor. It wouldn't be worth David's time for that price.

Dropped her off at my buddies for the weekend so he can change my RMS and valve cover gasket while I'm out of town. Here's to hoping my oil leak is gone when I pick her back up.

Also, finally got a hit on the speedo gear swap thread. Guy said he'd mail the 31 tooth gear to me Tuesday.

Got the Jeep back after having my friend change rear main seal, oil pump/screen, oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket. Aaaaaan I still have a big oil leak. I'm lost now...I just want it to stop leaking.: : :
Kind of makes me want to sell the TJ and get a slightly used JKU.

On a happy note, bumper should be here 8/12.

Painted the frame tie-ins today, get the Jeep back tomorrow and I really really hope it'll be leak free. Bumper was supposed to get here today but fedex changed my delivery day to Monday. Now the plan is paint on Monday & maybe Tuesday after work. Then install bumper Tuesday, maybe Wednesday. Need to have a hitch on by Friday since I'm going to pick up a couch. and Finally I move back to College Station on the 19th. Going to be a busy week.

Back to God's Country huh?? Good luck with school. I hear that Jonny Football may have some issues this year

If you don't have the opportunity to get your bumper in, prepped, painted, and installed (humidity and temp being what they are)... Don't you still have a draw-tite that you could stick on just for long enough to pull a trailer for moving??
