Will do. Hope to get it on before August 19th because I'm moving back to College Station and it'd take up cargo room if I had it in the tub or trailer. Not to mention I can't really work on my Jeep at the new apartment.
If you can't stand behind our troops feel free to stand in front of them! Cavasar's TJ
...Don't really want to paint it myself, may look into professional powder coating for it.
I thought the same thing about my rear bumper... However, it WILL get chewed up on the trail (not unlike sliders), and it is much easier to hit your marred up bumper with a rattle can, than to match a PC job.
I just ate up my bumper on the Rubicon, and it took me only a few minutes with a Scotch Brite pad and a rattle can to fix it. Had I gotten it PC'd like I wanted to...
If you want it to look like textured PC, the Rustoleum textured black is a perfect replacement for PC FWIW

If you haven't already done so, I would consider replacing your OEM tail lights with the 4" leds. My swing out carrier won't swing open bc it hits the taillight. This also prevents me from opening the swing out tailgate...not sure if the drop down will help this. I would do mine but I have the 1/4 steel smittybuilt corners and i do not want to cutt them until i take them off to paint. i could do the direct OEM replacement LEDs...but they are a little pricey on a college student budget.
