I feel the same way. Turned mine on one day down the street from my house, and I lit up the street. I was able to see all these punk teens walking around in dark clothing like it was daylight.

Went home this weekend and opened up the D44 just to check it out, everything looked good to me. Also fixed the mess of wiring from the CB and moved my lightbar switch to a hidden location. On a side note, my light bar whistles when I go 40+mph it's pretty annoying.

So I like my light bar and everything, but it has this awful whistle at 30+ mph. I believe it is caused by the rows on the case of the light bar, any idea on how to make it stop? You may need to turn up the sound to hear it.

I would just throw it on the grinder and try to get the groves on the case to flatten out!

Thanks to all the people that have served this country, a couple vendors are having sales in honor of the Vets. I went ahead and took advantage of a couple of the sales going on this weekend and made a nice purchase, I'll get a picture of everything when they come in. Can't wait!

that is a god awful sound. What brand light is it? Friend of mine has a 50' on his JK and I've never noticed any sounds from it.

It is a Totron, I've read a couple things about others doing it too. I've angled it up a little bit more and that took away the whistle, but it's not pointing quite where I want it. I just need to find some way to cover up the ridges on the housing of it, without taking a grinder to it...

I could think of some redneck ways. Just out of curiosity, as I am leaning towards a Metalcloak from bumper, how did you go about mounting your fog lights??

There are two holes already there in the bumper so I just put the brackets in those holes. Once I get a winch I'll remove and sell the fogs, I also plan on changing out the end caps to the 43" Hi crawler caps so then I'll sell these.

I've only used it a handful of times, but haven't noticed any glare.

Went wheeling today with a local club, alot of Jeeps few Toyotas and Nissans. Not much to report other than mine did very well, I spent the least amount of time on most obstacles. Talked to one of the guys and he said that putting the little black door trims on the light bar can stop the whistling, I'll have to give that a try. Can't wait for Hidden Falls next weekend.
