Solutions. I used the left over gasket/tape stuff from the rocker install to cover up the bare paint spots

Considering picking up one of these light bars next paycheck, sale goes through August 8th. Not really sure what size I'd get. 42" looks kinda cool, but not sure how to mount any of them cause they're not the standard size bars.

Then again maybe that should be winch money.

Picked up some Autolite Platinums (AP985) from work today, I'll change those out before I move back to school. Ty reminded me to remove my rear bumper. Waiting on Dirtworx bumper/carrier but it hasn't even shipped yet, I'm just excited! Looks kinda goofy now though
EDIT: Realized bumper has receiver hitch in it and removed my old one

Yea but then I'd have to put it back on when I went to install the new bumper. I don't mind runnin around like a goof for the time being.
Next paycheck I'm thinking about ordering:
-Frame tie-ins
-Maxxima LED Stop/Tail/Turn/Reverse lights
-31 tooth speedo gear
-8" light bar from http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/gro...hting-usa.html
-and mayyyyybe getting the windows tinted

Your Jeep is looking good. Do you have a security system or kill switch on it? I would hate to hear all your time and money went missing.

I've been planning on installing a hidden toggle switch on the starter. I have a steering wheel club, my wife says nobody uses those anymore, but I do. I park mine in the garage at night.

Mine usually only gets the garage when I'm working on it, other than that it's parked on the street in front of the house. So I did a bit of searching and most threads said to go with the ADE system http://www.quadratec.com/products/15001_1000.htm and here is a write up http://jeepsunlimited.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=282786. But even then I'm not too comfortable with messing with those wires.

Do it- my buddy Russ (Rusty762) did the ADE setup, and it was a very quick and simple install. Well worth the time invested.

Just take your time and check the directions at every step. Definitely on my list- I haven't done it yet for one and ONLY one reason. I park in the garage at night, and on a controlled access base during the day.

Jeeps are TOO easy to steal, are TOO easy to part out, and are TOO tempting to some idiot wanting a joyride on somebody else's dime.

Just my $0.02

EDIT: As much time and money as we end up putting into our Jeeps, they almost become members of the family. I've probably got about as much into my Jeep as into my wife's SUV. Besides...my kids would be beside themselves if the Jeep was just gone one day

I hadn't really thought about needing a kill switch where I live, for some reason...When my sister DD the Jeep she left the radio in on one occasion and gps on another that were both stolen. Also a few years back they took the rear driveshaft off right from our driveway.
