Buying my first Cherokee

I am looking online to purchase a 98-01 Cherokee. I would prefer a manual but the closest one I can find is 400miles away, are the automatic transmissions reliable???

The aw4 is very reliable as far as automatics go. Finding a five speed is hard but not impossible they are out there. Just buy and auto and convert it that's what I did lol.
