It doesn't look like the jeep in your profile at all.

Rear Currie 4" coils - 190 shipped. (They've been sitting in the back of my Jeep for mock up but won't work out for me.)

Hornblasters Shocker S4 horn set with some extras $210 shipped. (It is not OBA, just an accessory for OBA)

"LCOG" isn't cheap and it certainly isn't easy. If you think so, you are doing it wrong. If you aren't willing to put in the effort, don't label your build "LCOG". You are just a cheap ******bag.

So you gonna keep the Moabs, please do. Also you gonna drive it till those tires are bald then jack it up on 37s? It would save you money and let you save to buy stuff for when the tires go bald. Cant wait to see this baby in action.

I'll keep the stockers for a while as I have a ton of driving I have to do between work and home. But I'll have 37mtrks on beadlocks for the trail.

I like these moabs, they've been nickel plated or something. Dark silver luster

it seems like a great platform, and they're really not that big if you think about it. the JKU is only 2.5" longer overall than an LJ. putting PSC BFH bumpers on shortens the frame 6" overall so you actually end up with a shorter jeep with a 13" longer wheel base. furthermore the Pentastar seems like it will be a great engine - a twin turbo version comes in maserati's.

LJ WB: 103.4 in (2,630 mm) LWB
JKU WB: 4-door: 116 in (2,900 mm)

LJ Body: 2004-06 LWB: 171 in (4,300 mm)
JKU Body: 4-door: 173.4 in (4,400 mm)

I didn't know the numbers were that close. It really shows how much they pushed the axles further out.

My wife is really pushing for a 2dr rubi. She doesn't like the look of the JKU.

went and got her today. love this thing - i absolutely love the color. the pentastar is a great motor - its not without a few quips though. overall I'm really happy with it over the 3.8's that I've driven. that said its deffinately going to need the same gear setups as the 3.8 to really make it come alive. my initial want of 5.38's with 37s i think i'll be very happy with, but 5.13s would work well too. (initial thoughts)

drive home:

home safe and sound:

should be able to get some good day photos tomorrow as well as start working on a couple things
