Got the rears In this morning:

Stock lower links vs rokmen

Sooo sexy

I need something bigger drive on, like a rock garden

It drives a lot better now. More controlled and confident. Only a few pieces of rubber left to get rid of

now are the stock arms hollow or full tube steel, just curious, you mentioned the Rokmen arms are 2" is that correct then you should feel a lot more stable i presume.

Are they solid, or 3/8 wall like they use on the TJ and RAM truck?

i combed through their website, i think they're 3/8ths now that you say it. the only thing i can find is them saying heavy wall. regardless, even 3/8ths is nearly solid stock, thats barely enough room to slide a pencil through on the inside

2-3/4 = 1.25"

That'd have to be a big pencil. But yeah, all of their other arms are 3/8" wall so those probably are, too. That's plenty beef.

Just out of curiosity what color are you going to powder coat them? The argent that Nemesis does on a lot of their builds would look good on the blue. I'm planning to run their fenders and rockers on mine w/ 35s and no lift.

not powdercoating them. I'm just going to wetsand them with 1000 grit and throw 3 coats of Rustoleum Professional Semi-Gloss black on them. if its not blue from the factory, its going to be black on this Jeep. and those coats of black will be the last paint they ever get. if it gets scratched down to the aluminum on a tree or rock, good.

Um dude, 1000 grit is for clearcoat that's getting cut and buffed. That's usually where I start when i am getting a finish ready to polish to a mirror finish. 220 or 320 would be real nice on bare metal. You need the scratch that the coarse grit makes to get a good bond between the primer and bare metal. If not it will just peel off easily.

Just trying to help Bro...
