Cool thanks for that Kevin. Those things are freakin sweet. We gotta figure out something for the rear. Those things are gonna get me in some trouble with how smooth they feel.

Soooo I sold my hardtop yesterday. I got door surrounds, a tailgate bar, plus some cash for it. I just ordered the new Rampage Frameless top. It should be here sometime this week!

Other than that, nothing new or exciting with the Jeep. I'm about to order Savvy corner armor soon, then I'm going to call a couple shops to see about getting my tire carrier built finally. I'm going to give Off Road Evolution a call first, and see if they can make a version of their JK tire carrier for my LJ. I also got a quote a while ago from another shop, Outdoor Logic, for a custom tire carrier just like the Evo one. Depending on price, it should happen soon.

This is the tire carrier I want for my LJ, minus the overkill Johnny Joints:

Well we better get on it soon, or I'm gonna go to EVO and have them build it!

I still don't understand how that rear setup works, but damn it works.

I got my Rampage frameless top on today. It was a ***** to put on without setting it in the sun for a while, but I got it on. I've never had a soft top, but I'm surprised at how heavy the material is. It doesn't flap at all (with the windows in, haven't driven with it in safari mode yet) and it's actually pretty quiet. I'm happy with it.
