Man! This has been on my list for a while..... You might have just pushed it to the top.

The LJ looks great. Keep it up

I couldn't recommend the Savvy stuff enough. Easy install, perfect fit, super light. It's good stuff.

I'm packing up the Jeep now. I'm going to Big Bear tonight, and camping and wheeling for the weekend. I'll be leading a group through Dishpan Springs and Gold Mountain. Should be a fun weekend. I'll have pics next week.

Yup! It only takes about an hour and a half to 2 hours to run.

I never posted pics from the Big Bear run.. Oops!

Cool pic thats blurry.. bummer.

The Jeep worked great. We ended up running Dishpan Springs to the waterfall and back. Our group never ran Gold Mountain that weekend. The next day, on the way home, we made a quick trip through Jacoby Canyon. Good times.

This is what takes up my time now!

It's a used Kona Coiler. Mostly stock, got a decent deal on it and I've been dying to get back on a bike since I gave up BMX years ago. I just got it all dialed in, and its ready for some downhill fun

Justin, what does the headset/comm setup consist of?

Your LJ looks great and I have been following it from the first post. I am out of Los Angeles if you ever want to do a trip.

How are you liking the beam pattern of HID in the KC Daylighters? I want to do it but fear that putting HID in to a halogen housing will have a bad pattern.

That's actually Kevin's (tjdualsport) TJ. I think it's some kind of airplane intercom system. You'll have to hit him up about that.

The HID in the daylighters is awesome. It's a super bright beam that throws a ton of light out.

Check out the Orange County roll call thread. That's where we usually plan/post up about runs.

Man those trails are awesome! Looks like we have similar interests! Jeeps and mt bikes! That bike must handle the trails out there so well. Loved riding mine in Utah last year!

BTW, I finally got around to fitting those prothane bumps in the rear of my jeep this weekend. Haven't had a chance to romp on it yet. More info here.

03 Rubicon, highlined rear fenders, RC long arm upgrade, 4" RC springs, OME shocks, 35" mt's, UCF lopro trans mount, UCF 2" deep skid, nates 4x4 rear bumper/tire carrier, 2" jks bumpstops, jks discos, RK frt track bar, tom woods cv. rebuild pics: http://s61.photobucket.com/albums/h57/mxtrails/Jeep/

Nice bike! I sold the Kona, it was a bit too small for me. Upgraded to a Fuji Thrill LT 1.0 for the same price though! Love that bike.
