im sure we could get a couple of more jeeps but wouldnt mind keeping it smaller if we stay at the camp. it will be a BIG shakedown run for my jeep considering just about every moving part sans engine/tranny/tcase is new on my rig

I have 2 that are most likely in for sure (but haven't asked yet) and a few more that could make it fun. At Sicily, it is an unwritten rule that groups are kept to about 7-8 or it gets to be a parking lot.

Understandable. We won't have more than us and possibly one more rig.

Polished up my pile for a night on the town with monson's crawfish. Cleaning this thing up is similar to a slightly abused pornstar throwing on a bunch of makeup to try to hide her eternal scars, but I think she doesn't look too bad

Nope, they are Rugged Ridge. The PO put them on but I like them. They will stay until I have to address longer ones for the stretch in the future.

Is that what you fly? A buddy of mine's family has one. I haven't flown it, but it looks like a really nice airplane. I'm a big fan of a glass cockpit, and it's got all the bells and whistles.

Yep. The Cirrus SR20 to be precise, or a Piper Seminole. The Cirrus is very nice, and the Avidyne R9 system is great, however for a plane that weighs 2100lbs empty with only a maximum takeoff weight of 3000lbs, you cant really fit much in it. With 2 people and a couple bags you can't even top off the tanks.

Nice! Yeah not really a great airplane for a lot of people and bags. I got my multi-engine in the seminole lol. I fly a Baron BE58 as well as the jets. I get spoiled burning Jet-A all day long, but that Baron is a great airplane.
