Berry Mountain

Found a few little trails out behind my house in the mountains and my friend with the Subaru came down to check them out with me.

(More pics of him vs. me because he didn't send his pics over from his camera yet)

The mud ate my freaking clogs! I was going through this to scout out the trail behind it and the mud sucked my first one off, I jumped and then it took my second... Lyle came to rescue them for me, haha!





And then there are a few vids on the 4th page of the album... I know that Spence had a few extra shots and vids and Lyle had his (now waiting for a Firewire card to remove them)... so they'll be more up eventually... But that's a good taste of them for now.

Not to be mean but if your buddy likes going offroad and in the mud so much, why doesn't he get a vehicle that is more capable for it?

His vehicle surely isn't as capable as your Jeep, but he does just fine for what he wants to do. He went everywhere that I did, except for one spot where he would've got hung up.

That's not to say once I'm lifted and locked, that he will still be able to keep pace, but for now... He's fine.

I understand that but I am just asking that if he likes to be in mud and offroad alot then why did he get a subaru and not a vehicle more capable of what he likes to do? I mean a stock 4x4 Jeep, Toyota truck/SUV, chevy truck/SUV, etc. would be much more capable for his needs and still be a great daily driver.

I believe it was because of availablity of this vehicle at a really good price.

I know that when he first started looking at daily drivers, he was looking at an XJ... But I guess that never came about.
