Got a smoking deal on a new Cobra 29 on ebay, one less thing on the list to order before cage work.

Still a pictureless update, just more parts buying.

Not sure if I meantioned this or not but finally replaced my 02 sensor. I can honestly feel an improvement in overall driving, it seems like less stress on the motor and seems to be more smooth.

I placed an order for the following:

Tuffy Center Console
EMPI / Racetrim Wide Highback Seats
Corbeau 5 Point Harnesses, Rear Seat Cover and Seat Heaters

I am very exicted to try these seats out, at just over $300 a PAIR, I think it was worth the risk instead of going namebrand.

I will also get a few photos uploaded of my cage design as well.

Ill snap a few extras then for you. My console needed to be replaced since the cage is going to be built shortly, and id like a nice locking security drawer since my tool box is being removed and rear seat being reinstalled. I ordered the standard series II in spice to match the interior. When it came down to it, I really didnt need all the other features.

Thanks!! I'm in the same boat I don't need all those features either. My stock center console has no room in it thanks to the factory sub. I'm going to try and remove it since it don't work and is just taking up space.

Not much of an update, but...

I WAS ON XTREME 4X4 THIS MORNING!

We made the highlights of the race at Rausch Creek for the King of the Hammers Qualifier! I didnt have an interview or upclose shot, but I could identify myself and my buddy at the race start. It was still cool.

Finished my 3rd YouTube video, always trying to improve. Its from March of last year, filmed from the prospective of a Suzuki Samurai. (gasp) Need to work on improving audio quality and different angles as well. Might get around to purchasing a second camera as well as some editing programs. Enjoy. Purchased a set of speaker pods for the rollcage, also removed the toolbox yesterday as well. Still need to do a few more cleanup items before heading up to get some work done at AtoZ Fab.

Seats finally arrived today at KnowWhere2Jeep, so I will be heading up there tommorrow to pick up a bunch of parts. On Friday, the Jeep leaves for AtoZ Fabrication for the rollcage, frame mounts, and hopefully a full suspension cycle. Need to get all my tools and parts loaded into my friends car (support vehicle and ride home) as it will take me a few hours and a little over 100 miles to get there.

Picked up all the parts yesterday, ran into an issue. Tuffy sent me the wrong color for my console. Not sure what Eric told them but I picked up the correct colored console this morning, so someone paid for very expensive next day air which is fine by me.

Today I dropped the Jeep off at AtoZ Fabrication in Schuylkill Haven PA. Long drive on no sleep, and had to take a detour due to a very bad accident. However Jeep has been delivered, so I am very excited to get the cage work started. I did sit in the seats, they are very comfortable and can't wait till I have seat heaters in them. Teaser picture:

The Jeep was supposed to be done Wednesday, however they had another project that took them all of last week so they weren't able to start on the rollcage until Monday afternoon. They have already completed the Swag body mount kit, and stripped the interior and started the plates when I talked to them. Zach said it should hopefully be done by Monday at the latest. I specifically took it to them early because I ran out of time for a scheduled trip when we swapped the axles, it WILL be done before the King of the Hammers at Rausch Creek in April. Watch the race on Saturday and wheel Sunday, and then Big Dogs Icebreakers a few weeks later.

I did recieve my quart crate the other day from Artec Industries. High quality, just got to fill it will all the different fluids and find a good mounting spot.
