How much are you looking to spend? What's it worth to you?

$199 - http://bonnevilleparts.com/wheel-16-inch-3.html?___store=default

$213 - http://jeeppartspeople.com/searchproduct.asp?model=Wrangler&catid=3354539935170666&year=06&productdesc=16inch+x+8inch+Wheel

$216 - http://www.oemopar.com/Jeep-Wrangler-Unlimited-Wheel-16-Inch-82208904_p_1305373.html

Either that or hit up a local junk yard. According to Car-Part.com Hi-Way Auto Parts in Tyler TX has a single 16x8 "Grade A" rim for $100 - their number is 1-800-482-8286. They might be willing to ship it. (FYI- I ran the search off of the zip code 77002, not knowing what part of Houston you're in, there might be one much closer)

Wow! Thanks. I've been watching Craiglist for a few months hoping some pop up. I'd like to get one for around 50 bucks I guess. $100 is not bad though.

Thanks again for your help.

Busy Saturday. Didn't get everything done yet but getting close.

First I went from this:

To this:

And this:

Now I have two storage closets. One for tools one for jeep stuff. The Huggies box belongs to my landlord. It's full of scrap tile and wood flooring... Not diapers.

Then I finished the JKS body lift:

Got the JKS MML done also. The drivers side mount was a pain in the arse. Definitely not as easy as the Rokmen video makes it out to be.

I can't shift in to 4 Low now, so I'll have to do some tcase linkage adjustments. Also still getting some DL vibrations. Trying to put the SYE DS upgrade off till Christmas. That may be pushing it though.

Picked up a 5th Moab off Craigslist for $60. It came with a BFG AT with 20%ish treat left. Though the tread is unevenly worn. Will work as a spare until I can order another MTZ.

image-1931812958.jpg

Also received a replacement/new design steering stabilizer for mine that was blown out. Great experience with Tera customer service dept.

image-2063758364.jpg

The new spare is too large to fit on the stock tire carrier. I eventually will get a tire carrier bumper combo. For now though I'll probably get a center cap third brake light and an oversize tire carrier bracket. I really need to start buying control arms... The DL vibes are killing me and I'm sure my U joints.

Me too! I've been watching the Houston CL for months looking for Moabs. The guy had 2 sets. All were in great shape just dirty. Probably should have bought them all and put up in the JF classified section.

On a related note, I ordered an oversized spare tire carrier extension from Quadratec. It comes with extension brackets to raise the third brake light. Hopefully the weight of the wheel/tire doesn't put too much stress on the tailgate...

Last update. I got my new steering stabilizer thrown on after work today. Huge difference. Pics to come. Kinda boring though.

I'm going to start ordering Savvy CAs next month. One set a month until I have all 4 done. After that I'll start saving for SYE/DS upgrade.

What order should I buy the CAs? I'm thinking upper fronts first then upper rear then lower fronts then lower rears. Thoughts?

Just ordered some Savvy! Got the upper front double adjustable aluminum arms. Thought that was the best place to start.

Very excited about getting them installed.

Great arms. I went with steel, single adjustable, but the Johnny Joint is as beefy and amazing as everyone says. I hate coming off like one of the so called "fan boys" but damn if it isn't worth every dollar for those control arms

I emailed Gerald last night and told him that I think that this is only the start to a full on aluminum addiction. Haha.

Looking forward to getting them installed. GMan said he would get them mailed out today.
