Old starter, i think there is suppose to be more than one tooth on the gear but I'm not sure :-)

New starter

And my burnt arm from the exhaust yesterday. Grilled Ashland anyone?!?!

I literally heard my arm sizzle when it touched the pipe lol

Glad to hear it did good in the dunes! Just had mine in the sand last weekend and I'm jealous!

I guess I need to post an update. The sands dunes trip was pretty hard on the Jeep.

List of things that need to be fixed before I can drive her again.

Front diff rebuild
New rear yoke or u bolt straps
Replace d35 pinion seal
Bleed brakes
Weld on new spring perches rear
Fix t case leak
Change trans fluid
Fix oil pan leak

I'm sure once this is all done I will have a whole new list of crap to fix. I'll be starting on it this weekend.

Uhg....

Never ends does it? haha. I think my laundry list is longer than yours! I just keep slapping zipties and duct tape on it until it's really, really reeeeally broke haha!

Cheers

Front end is done! No more play!

I tore everything apart and found that only one of the bearings were bad!
Video

All the junk

Found a bad tie rod end

Replaced it while I'm fixing everything.

.

The tear down went quick

.

.

I ended up only changing the outer beating and seal. it tightened everything up great! But those races, man those are a pain in the ***!

Celebratory video!
