were going to be putting 33's on it after its painted. As you can see its alot of open space and it looks really bad with the flat fenders.

hmm, yeah i better not get a 4 inch lift with 31s. I dont have enough money to spend on new tires so ill go with the smaller lift. A 3 inch lift with 31s would probably look pretty good huh?

those tires look a little smaller then 31s. Tho pictures can be deceiving. Get the 4 Inch ashland. I ran around on 30x9.50 for a month or so till i could afford new tires. I ended up buying some used 33s for the time being to get me by. Most people will agree that you will regret not getting the 4 inch to begin with. If your that worried buy the lift and dont put it on till you get yourself a set of tires. That will also give you time to PB blast all the bolts and prep everything to get your stock suspension out.

I agree with Kraxen on the 4 inch and PB blast. You can always find a good used set at a junk yard or talk to your local jeep clubs im sure someone is moving up to 35's.

I was thinking they looked smaller then my tires to. I think im going to focus on the body work for now and decide later. The four inch is deffinitly a great price thats for sure. The thing that confuses me is that the RC 2" and 3" lifts are the same amount and some places more! But anyway heres the hard ache I endured the past few days....

So I went over to the garage on monday to just change the passanger side brake lines, i had changed the drivers last week, and ended up not getting back home untill this afternoon!

The first day I got there the parts where suppose to be ordered and at autozone but they werent so I decided I would start cleaning up the frame and undercoat it. that is when I found this...

If you cant tell, that is the sway bar with a broken mounting braket. I think this is why when I was driving on the highway the jeep shook like crazy. Anyway to save money I decided to make a new braket. The finelly crafted one on the left is my master peace.

Then as I thought I was scott free I started grinding away with a wire bristle bit and that is when I round that the top mount for the rear driver side shock had snaped off!!!!!!!!!!!!:droolie :
To say the least I was very upset and forgot to take a picture but I did take a couple crapy pictures of the final fixed product.

After that adventure I continued to clean the frame. I soon got to the front part of the frame, i think I posted a picture of it a few days ago and the one guy said he did his fame and found that it was rusting from the inside. Well...... he was right. Heres a before, during, and after picture.

after thoughs head aches I was finnally able to finish the frame and the brakes that finally came in this morning. I coated the frame with some professional grade rust stoper stuff, dont know the name left the cans at the garage, and some professional grade rubberized undercoat. Still have some work to do on the frame but I wont beable to work on that untill next week. Next summer im going to lift the body up and get the frame real good but this will do for now.
