Why the monkey speedo healer? Just re-gear and get the proper tooth gear for your new ratio and tires.

The JB super short SYE uses a electronic sensor.

I have a ton of pictures and video from that day. We had 4 cameras mounted to the Jeep and my friends Canon 5D camera. I went through 650 5sec (?) delayed pics, and 45 minutes of video from just my GoPro. I would post the video but I don't think anybody wants to watch me go up a boring trail. My friend has the other 4 camera video/pics that I never got from him.

I do have a montage that my friend edited together that I'm trying to get to upload to YouTube. Only 155 minutes remaining...

Nah. Just gotta get my brake lines and bumpstops in. Next thing will probably be a rear trackbar but I don't know when that'll happen.

It's off a road behind the Hampton Inn in Hampton Cove. There's a trail back there. I don't know of you've been on it but I'm going there this week sometime if you want to.

Picked up a JKS 126 front trackbar with less than 10k miles for $75. I think it's a pretty good deal.

Little update. No new parts but I took it on its first off road voyage today. It was sprinkling when I left then became a full blown storm a little while later.

The front is completely maxed out. I need to get my bumpstop extensions in.

The rear, I think, is drooped out. I still had maybe 2-2.5" of up travel left. I haven't checked full bump on either end yet. I really need to check to see how much travel I can get. The rear has ~5" up travel on a 8" travel shock. Might need to think in getting 10" in the rear.

I also picked up a front JKS 126 for $75. Which was a good deal until I had to buy a tapered cone for it at $12...oh well. So I need to put in the trackbar, extensions, and brake lines, then check full bump.

I still have to put in my bumpstops, brake lines, and trackbar. :

New list of what I need to have finished before August.

Transmission cooler- $80
Remote transmission filter- $30
Transmission deep pan- $50
2002 manifolds- $20
Walker Y-pipe- $100
Gasket- $20

I know I'll buy all this stuff but just like every other part I've bought, it'll be months before they ever get put in. Maybe I can also find a 4.10 ring and pinion with a carrier so I can regear the rear since I probably won't be using 4wd alot.
