Ok moving along, rear is done for the most part. I installed the rear suspension after using a quick rattle can paint job. Then moved onto the new rear corner guards, opened the wheel opening a little because from GenRight the corners are cut for a 35" tire.

The rear is assemblied, here are a few pictures.

I still need to adjust the suspension at ride height, you can see where the bump stop is, should only be 2" away from contact but it's more like 4". I'll finish the adjustment when I finish the front and have all the weight in the Jeep, sliders, gas, gear etc....

Thank you for all the kind words, it's not easy doing this on my garage floor, but I'm making do.

Here's a few of the front end. The worst part of the build is this black under coating that is all over the frame. I'm in socal and not used to having to deal with under coating, using a wire wheel to get it off the frame makes one heck of a mess, guess I'm just a little spoiled.

Here I removed all the OEM brackets from the frame and axle. Cleaned up the frame and prep'ed the frame for the axle. Started welding all the GenRight brackets together and placing them on the frame and front axle.

Questions: What shift kit is in your 3speed? How much did it cost? Do you like it or would you just swap it out for a aw4 or ax15 if you were to do it again?

Also what brand SOA springs are those and how much lift do they provide over stock leafs SOA?

Just curious. Thanks

Keep em coming mate. Your doing a fantastic job. Awesome updates and great detail on the build. I'm checking it daily and I didn't want to clutter up your build thread.

No clutter at all, I really thought no one was interested at all because there weren't any post so I gave up posting a month ago or so.
