Thank u caddyman I like that idea of running the stock shaft length. What do u think u think the maximum back space u could go with with out rubbing on the coil overs? Thanks for for getting me the other thread it will also be useful.

Steve Gerstner my dad knows. He has a bad *** 79 ford with dual rear axels. I think there 9" fords, so its 6 wheel drive with boss 429 for power. He does tug a war and pulls sleds with it. I got some handy info from that link, but it didn't have any info about rear 60 axels.thanks again. The struggle goes on.lol
