Another TJ Build

Hello jf, this my first build thread.
Well for starters, I got this 1999 TJ in a trade for 93 YJ. The TJ had 121k miles with an auto trans but the YJ had 189k and mechanical issues. I couldnt refuse the deal. Title for title, the TJ was mine. The TJ was completly bone stock and had primer down the side for a parking lot side swip. but here it is after i got it painted. its got low pinion dana 30 and dana 35 in rear. 3.07 gears. (nightmare driveline haha)I bought a 5.5 Rustys 5.5 Longarm high clearance lift and an ARB snorkel to go on. and used 35in TSLs

here is the YJ for the heck of it

i cant seem to find any pics of the build on my camera anymore.

well here is the jeep with the 5.5 Longarm kit. It was kinda annoying to install. installed a 231 with a sye. luckily i had a garage with a car lift to use.

i threw on some ipfs and i sold the hard top and bought a brand new Bestop Trektop NX. best purchase i think

Heck of some flex with that large lift. How does the Rusty's feel compared to stock on the street or offroad?

well i got an offer to trade my 35ich tsls and caynons for some 37in xterrains with 15x10 alloy wheels. i had to give in. here are some pics. at this point i knew i was gonna have to have a stronger rear axle. so the search was on........

Looks good, but almost looks like the rear axle could be pushed back to be more centered in the wheel well?

thanks! i thought the exact same thing. but i adjusted the rear control arms to correct length and even called rustys to verify the lengths. but I'm currently in the process of moving it back an inch along with a d44.
