You have done the swap here though

Was there any kind of wiring that went to the transmission that might be wired directly to the computer that you know of? I'd hate to have to go back to OBDI, I specifically looked for OBDII. Worst case scenario I suppose I'll have to go to the crummy automagic....

Neutral safety switch and reverse lights are all I can think of off the top of my head.

Overdrive switch, torque converter lock up solenoid, maybe TIS and TOS?

If you are using an autotragic ECU, I'm pretty sure you'll get a MIL. I could be wrong though.

So now the question is where to find the right OBDII computer for a manual...

Can't you just flash the computer to add what you need and delete what you don't? That's what I did

I believe what you need is a ECU from a 96+ dodge dakota or dodge ram with the 5.2l and a manual trans.
