AMC 401 build. Which carb???

I just finished my 76' 401 for my 84 CJ7 (had it done) and now I have a few other questions about carburetion. Iíll list some of the motor specs, then my jeep specs and my driving goals and maybe you guys can give me some usable info from there. There is NO smog control on my motor and I don't care about MPG's.

I wonít list my whole build sheet as it is 9 pages so here is a partial list.

Block decked & Bored 0.30

OEM Heads .010

Stage 2+ head port

9.54/1 compression

Wiseco forged pistons

10/10 OEM crank

ARP all over

Moly rings

Roller tip rocker

Malloy dist

Edelbrock performer intake

Doug headers

Comp cam 270/270 lift .480/.480

Bronze guides

SS valves & valve job

Blueprinted & balanced

Oil passages ported

1984 CJ7

4:56 ring & Pinion (I know its a little low but I had them)

5 speed manual nv4500

3 inch lift w/ 33 12.50 15 inch rim/tires

Full Detroit locker in the rear w/open front

Solid one piece axles AMC 20 rear.

Dana 300 factory transfer case

I wonít be doing much off roading. No rock crawling or mud bogging. As goofy as it may sound I like cruising around town and leaving the coffee can Hondas standing at the light. Itís my mix of a muscle car and top off fun jeep.

That all being said, any ideas on a carb and CFM? Whether I should do mechanical or vacuum secondaries.

Thanks a ton guys!
