AlohaJeep's Build Thread

I just purchased my 2013 Jeep Wrangler JKU 3 days ago. I am crossing over from the world of Mustangs. I traded my mustang in for this. I don't know much about 4x4's but I've been cars pretty much my whole life so hopefully I'll grasp it quick. This will be my DD but I also want to be able to go rumble around sometimes when I have time.

I'm looking at the normal things that I've read about. Probably a 2.5" lift, 35" tires, bumpers, winch, and just whatever. I know cars can get obsessed over but I want to take my time and do things right. I love this thing and don't want to screw it up some way by doing something half ***.

This will be a slow process, and more for me so I can document what I do to it. Any input will be greatly accepted!!! Enjoy!

This is it still at the dealership before I bought it.

And it made it to its new home

Looks good man! I'm excited to see where you take this "blank canvas" as I like to call them.

I wanted a wrangler SO BAD when I lived out on oahu, but they're just so darn expensive! Even the old ones!
