I got a replay from gr8tops at last. I will be contacting few brokers to get some shipping estimates.

Due to the strict regulations in my country, I'm trying to achieve maximum performance with aftermarket Bolt-on items. Having said that, I know that there are couple of modes that will require some fab work, hence the title "Almost Bolt-on".

I'm currently working on ordering the rest of the parts:
1- Hemi Skid plate, Frame mounts, and radiator
2- Rear Bumper + Tire Carrier?
3- Body armor + Tail gate conversion ??
4- Roll cage
5- New seats
6- Larger Fuel tank
7- Suspension Components
8- Accessories

Each will have multiple options that I need to decide on. So it will be a long process. I will post each option separably to see what you guys think.

Sorry, Just fixed that ..

Strict rules like:

1- No frame modifications.
2- Engine swaps should retain the same old engine mounts (yes I'm planning to install the hemi on the stock TJ engine horns! ).
3- Aftermarket Roll cage is not allowed.
4- modifications to the external body is not allowed.
5- Custom bumpers are not allowed.
.... etc

3. Based on how the jeep has rolled already, you might want something in there more than the stock cage.
4. No sliders? No rear tub armor? Stock front fenders?

Yes yes and yes.

The thing is, as long as they don't know what have you done, it will pass.

Thankfully, all vital parts were spared.
Once you have experienced this or had a close family member (my niece), you realize this is not major.

Question: Why Highline and not MetalCloak? AEV sells their Highline for $2,000, and MetalCloak front/rear fenders (flares not included) for $868. Will this qualify as "modifications to the external body", but the Highline will (may) pass?

Thanks man ..

I'm using the Highline for two reasons:

1- It passes inspection without issues.
2- I already have it on the Donner Jeep. So, it is basically free.

Those sound like pretty good reasons to me.
