Alright, I added pics of the tummy tuck install and updated the excel spreadsheet. Now I'm stuck waiting on the remaining parts to get here...

In other news, my buddy and I flew out to Arlington, TX this last weekend and picked up an XJ that we'll be using as an investment and parting it out. I'll be keeping the 15" Trail Ready beadlocks and he'll be keeping the Warn 9.5ti winch. It's kind of a shame, as it is setup so nicely and made the 12 hour drive @ 75 mph with absolutely no problems.... especially on 38's with 4.88 gearing.

It has all the following and much, much more...
Drivetrain:
Atlas 3.8 to 1 Transfer Case
Hesco Throttle Body Spacer
Jet Performance Chip
M.O.R.E. Bombproof Motor Mounts
Mean Green Alternator
Mean Green Starter
4.0 HO Engine
AW4 Built Trans
Kooks Header
3 Core Radiator
Rear Axle (Currie HP 9)
Front Axle (Currie HP 9)
Tom Woods Front Driveshaft
Tom Woods Rear Driveshaft

Steering:
PSC Box Tapped for Assist
PSC Assist Cylinder
C-Rok steering box frame brace
Rustys steering box brace
Power steering pump mod'd

Suspension:
Rustys 6" leaf springs
Rustys 6" coils
clayton long arms/kit ???
Rustys HD track bar w/ mount
JKS discos
Sway bar drop brackets
Shock bar
bilstein shocks

Armor:
Skid Row TC skid
front winch bumper
rear bumper
Rocksliders
Rustys gastank skid

Recovery Gear:
Warn 9.5ti

Audio and Electronics:
kicker amp
pioneer cd palyer
pioneer 12 disk changer
kicker frt/rr speakers in housings
Dual battery setup
XM antenna
cobra cb
6 Piaa lights

Interior Accessories:
Aluminum lockable trail box
Rustys single interior roll bar
wet akole seat covers

Tires / Wheels:
5 38" TSL Super Swamper tires
1" Spacers
15" Trail Ready Beadlocks

Just added some pics for the 12VoltGuy In Cab Winch Controller install along with some other electrical projects.

Also, I just got an update from Kolak... the Bilstein shocks and Currie products will be here this week. He said the front shocks are on a major backorder. Still not sure when the Clayton lift is coming...

I realized that the Trail Ready wheels I picked up were 5x5.5" bolt pattern instead of 5x4.5"... DAMN. Now I get to go and spend $200 on Spidertrax wheel adapters. Only good thing is I probably needed the 1.25" wheel spacer anyway.

Spreadsheet has been updated.

DaFuzz, I post all my pics up on the first page... I've got a ton of the pics of the UCF install up there. Look for post #6 (or click here), it starts at the section that says "Update 01/04/11"

The wheels and tires are finally on and the front fenders are now off. Check out the first page for those pics too... but here's a peek at the end result:

My bad, I forgot you had already posted that. The link for improving the Lopro was helpful too.
