Alaskan Postal CJ-8 New to the forum

Hey, my name is James and I am from south eastern Virginia. These are pictures of my newest project. It is an 84 Jeep Postal Scrambler from Alaska (info link below). The basics are right hand drive, four wheel drive, 258 I6, automatic, full steel hard top, CJ-10 doors, single side opening rear door, and sprayed in foam insulation from the factory (removed). It came with an AMC 20 but now has a Dana 44. I am currently in the process repairing rust, painting it white, and changing out the old tan interior for black. Right now it has a mild shackle lift, that I want to replace with new springs, and 31 MTR's. It is my third Jeep CJ project. The other two were a 76 CJ-5, and an 83 CJ-7.

Hi - members of the mutual appreciation society. I like your Jeep as much as you like the 10a....

Looking real good, but if I trash my doors I'll be coming for those.

This picture shows it better than the first one. This was taken right after the first bit of body work I did to it. I had to repaint the side and I could not find the same color rattle can paint that the previous owner used to paint it...

Besides, I liked the way my last one looked in white with black accesories.
