Not that good. I still have some rubbing in the rear so i didn't want to go too fast through the whoops. And it would buck pretty bad so i was just cruising it. In the dunes it does ok once it shifts into second. i think with the right gearing and some changes to the suspension it will be pretty fun

The jeep got a new brother yesterday. 99 TJ Sport, auto, 30/35, 3.07. Already took off the tweedy stickers and floaties and will be looking a little different shortly.

Within a couple hours of having it we took it to the local trail for the first time. Didn't manage to get too many pics since i was in front and the trail goes by fairly quickly without many obstacles to stop at.

I also picked up some ravines that should be getting mounted soon. And hopefully the quality of the pics will improve from now on too.

Doesn't count as a poser shot if you drive over it...

Got the Ravines I picked up mounted. I love the look of them and they stick out a bit further than my Ecco's did so hopefully that solves my spring tower rubbing

The new jeep had a little growth spurt

Added a bestop tire carrier thanks to Mr. Yates. Finally the rear of the jeep gets some attention. Jut needs a full size spare and a nice bumper and it should be set

This morning we planned on going up 2n17x and onto dishpan springs and come out on highway 18 but our run was cut short because i killed my radiator. Again. Tried to take a harder line and got stuck spinning with only two tires participating so i got stuck in a bad spot trying to get out of my line. Just as i got out of the hole my jeep decided to puke. At least i made it through 2n17x without needing a winch. Airing down does wonders

Not sure what made the hole in it this time since my fan blades seem fine and i thought my bumpstops were fine with a 1in mml and about 2.5 in of bumpstops up front. Ill have to look over it once i tear into it. My bet is on the ss nut on the draglink.

Well my hypothesis was only partially right. Looks like the fan blade caught the radiator again. Whats weird is it didn't look like it was close and wasn't making contact like the last time. But its definitely bent. Looks like ill be checking my bumps again

Gold mountain was so fun we decided to run it again on labor day.

Unfortunately for me my rough country track bar couldn't hang and the frame side bracket loosened up and gave me mean death wobble. So i bought new hardware and tightened back on. Getting a better trackbar is now on the short list.

I also scored on a junkyard zj tierod. Cleaned it up to inspect it and everything looked good so I decided to throw it on as is after some pumps of grease. It also turned out to be Moog.
