Work has been slow on the Jeep, I removed the oil pan to replace the RMS and pan gasket. I also found very worn out motor mounts. I got the tcase disassembled to inspect for worn hard parts, found a shift fork was worn past the pads and into the fork itself(shouldn't be a problem as I have an extra from my old tcase).
I removed the trans to replace what I believed to be the original clutch(purchased from original owner who said he never replaced it, 150k+ on the odo)
Looks like it may have been replaced, it is stamped Sachs and IIRC LUK made the factory clutches for 99MY TJ's, either way the TOB was on its way out and everything will be replaced
