Yesterday I replaced my leaky radiator and lower hose, the only pic I got is from when I was bleeding the system.
I Did my t-case fluid today, my guess is its never been changed caused the fill plug was stripped out, when I pulled the plug pepto-bismol came out of the t-case, now I know why my t-case whines and screams when it's in 4wd.

Now I'm in the market for a new t-case, I was thinking about getting JB Conversions 231HD with a SSYE, I'm open to other suggestions
Did a ton last week(including moving back to IL), I've been waiting for my buddy to send me pics. My plan was a simple tcase swap, that did not go as planned, each tcase had different input shaft length so I had to swap them here are a few pics my buddy took, also had to swap the front the output yokes. sorry for crappy cell pics

I still need to play with the pinion angle, still getting vibes above 70mph, I assume some are coming from the front shaft, so I'll rebuild it and the DC joint in the rear shaft when I get a chance, also paint the fender flares, sand and paint the rest of the frame.
More importantly the rear track bar is shot and the front is not much better, so 2 new trackbars are on the quick list, and a Currie steering set-up, then it should be ready for its maiden voyage.
