Haha! I guess you could say that. I sold the TJ back in the spring and a Tacoma in between.

More surprises

Got to keep you guys entertained

Plans have changed on the axle selection. Originally I was going to run the d35 with the 30 spline shafts and an ARB and the HP 30 up front. However, I ran across a couple of deals I couldn't pass up over the last week.

Rear XJ/MJ Dana, 4.88s, Detroit Locker, and SOLID Cover and Brand New front Rubicon 44 housing. So the MJ will now be on 44s, with 4.88s!!

Note: Shafts and brakes have been removed for cleaning on the rear 44.

Rear Diff Cover

Good stuff...

The rear was under a YJ however, I'm 99% sure it originally came out of a MJ. The SUA spring perches look OEM and there are no cut marks on the tubes where they would have been removed. Also the webbing(sp?) around the pinion looks just like the 44 that was in my brother's 89' MJ. It does not have the ribs like the all the 44's I've seen from the XJ's.
I "think" the spring perch width on a YJ is the same as a MJ and of course is SUA? Am I correct?

Front

Hopefully these will satisfy you guys for a few days

Both axles were listed on our local NC4x4 forum.
