hmm, thats cool, no more leaks. hey marn me and scott (TXjeepTJ) swaped both of our front axles yesterday, i have pics and will post up when we finish. we are gonna finish on wednesday, have to swap his rear axle in mine and take my axle out. when complete i will have 4.56 gears, and he will have my front axle which is 4.10 to match his ford 8.8 rear that has 4.10s. so i will have better gearing and he will have 4 wheel drive back. oh and i put in my new steering stabilizer shock, that thing was huge to, rough country, so much better than stock, and i put 1 more inch of lift on to, next up on the list, bumpers and winch. and sye/cv driveshaft.

Where'd you get the 700w inverter for 50 bucks? What brand? Pics of install?

Also, another odd question, what kind of shovel did you get for 6 bucks?(price doesn't matter) Is it just thrown in the backseat? I'm looking for one to mount to my swingaway but am having some trouble to be honest.

harbore freight 700 watt inverter was like 80 bucks, but i got it on sale for 50, it isnt installed yet. havent had time. or motivation.

Also, I dropped it the other day...i hope it still works.

shovel is a full 5 foot long wooden handle shovel from wal mart, and it was like 3 bucks. i just stuff it so the spade is under my seat and the handle tucks between the back seat and the roll bar.

I'm trying to find one to mount between the tailgate and my swingaway...all the d-handles have to much of a bend in them X_x

mount it with the spade hanging off the edge of the A-frame, like half way up? or mount it below the spare on the outside.

due to the kindness and generosity of another forum member, christmas came early.

I was given a nice new set of Body Armor rock rails.

first impressions:

these seem pretty beefy, welds all look good and the powder coating is clean and smooth. they mount using the body mount bolts, they just sit under the pucks on the bottom of the frame, should be an easy install:
