Nice Jeep, I can't tell if that's red or orange but it looks good. You do any wheeling?

Thanks! It is red, but it does seem to show up orange..but its very flame red haha. I try and do wheeling but there really isn't anywhere around me at all. Theres one place around me where theres mud but it's illegal to go to and people get in trouble almost everytime. I'm working on finding somewhere that isn't private property to wheel at

Got my new upper door skins, the weather stripping is to big on the top and doesn't fit snug on the door surrounds (but I wasn't expecting perfect for 45 bucks). I will get pictures later. I am going to try and figure something out with the weather stripping, haven't had time to check it out completely. Any ideas? Deff gonna have to clean up the rest of my top though because the new uppers are really black and my top is faded. But much better than my scratched up windows before with holes in them

After reading this build I think I found my dream woman haha all joking aside the rig looks nice. I saw you talking about lockers, just a suggestion but here's what I did because I run a 4 banger as well. I saved until I had enough to regear and lock at the same time. now my 4cyl rolls 36's and still gets 15 mpg

Hahah thanks It makes sense to regear and do lockers at the same time haha. I haven't decided what i want to do. But now that I have 33's on, they look small to me already and want to regear and put 35s on haha. How much did the whole process cost you?

If you're only doing an auto locker there is no correlation between installing the locker and installing new gears. If you're installing a full case locker it makes sense.

Gear sets cost roughly $200 and setup kits cost about $120 if you know how to do it yourself.

So I'm thinking about corner guards..not exactly for protection so I don't need anything tough, but I do have a dent on one rear corner that I'd like to cover. I also like the look of them, but I really don't like drilling holes in my jeep..the sliders killed me as they went on! So I would put them on with the 3M tape...something like this pic. Opinions?

Drill the holes. I know that making holes in body sucks, but its better. I tried using 3m tape once before and it it won't hold something that heavy on.
