Weird, but I thought your license plate looked eerily familiar when I was reading your build thread, mine also ends in HH7

I get bored easily and like to change things up a bit..but lately on JF everyones aggressive front bumpers are sticking out to me..I opted to keep my stock one because of the light weight..if i were to get a more aggressive bumper would it really effect me? Make my front end lower? Slow me down?

For like 210 I can get the SmittyBilt SRC bumper..I like it, especially how it has 4 light tabs because I would like to keep both sets of lights on the front bumper.

Ever think about building a front bumper? You get everything you want building it yourself.

I don"t have the supplies nor do I have the skill, I've never done anythng like that. I could design one and have someone make it for me but there's no special design I have in my head. I know I just want 4 light tabs.

I got a little paint on the body Any suggestions how to get it off?
get some wax and keep putting wax on till it comes off. if that doesn't work then get some paint thinner and be real careful.

So yesterday I went for a ride down some trails to the river because it was really low, and of course something went wrong. While trying to get back up a semi steep hill (very small) but jeep proceeded to overheat. It does that sometimes like when I am sitting in traffic. I believe it's due to the fact that the bottom of my fan shroud doesn't really exist, it broke when I got into the accident back in Nov and haven't found a shroud to replace it with (not electric). I figured I would shut my jeep off and give it a while to cool down...bad idea, I should of left it running because it busted a nice 6 inch crack at the top of my radiator. It took me forever to get home (only a few miles from the trails) because it kept overheating and I kept stopping and it was running like s**t. It kept whistling, probably the anti freeze on the belts, and then it kept shutting off on me when I wasn't pushing the gas and it would just die while driving, and there was an awful clunking noise under my front end. Ended up pushing it down a side street that came out right by my house. Didn't drive it the rest of the night and started it up today to find the whistling and clunking gone..found out the clunking was a bad u joint. I was going to buy a new radiator today but decided to try and patch the crack. can't remember the name of the stuff but it's made for patching radiators and so far my jeep ran like a champ today. I hope it holds up, I'd much rather spend the money on things like the src bumper
