92 OREO XJ build thread

Here is a build up of my jeep from when I got it to now. I am gonna apologize because I don’t take pics. when I am actually doing most of the stuff but you will get the point. If you have any questions just ask.

I have been working on this for about a year now and have many plans and ideas for it. Let me know what you think.

The day I got it.

I broke off my first bumper

Then I stuck the eagle alloys on and the P235’s

I had to leave it like that for a bit because I am poor haha.

Added some TJ flares (looks really goofy when stock IMO)

Then came the lift. I went with the 4.5” rusty’s kit when I initially lifted it but currently almost every part of that lift has been upgraded to something better. (once again I don’t take pics of everything that get done sorry.)

Some bolts broke so out came the torch. Here is one of my co-workers cutting away at the bolt.

And its lifted!

Next came the tires.
Old
New!

Bed lined the lower panels and the quarters.

Flexin

Here are more random Pics.

Here are some of my newer purchases.
Here is what came in the mail today. I got the Iron Rock Offroad Hack and Tap SYE kit. I still need to order the seal flange kit before I install it. Also in the pic. you can see my goferit TRE flip inserts.

I installed my new track bar about a week ago and can feel a big difference from the rusty's one I had on it before. I got the double shear track bar conversion kit with a new frame mount bracket. Its an awesome item and I would recommend it to anyone. I am also gonna go with there HD tie rod when I get more $.

Also just for a quick peek I have started on my half doors. They wont be done for awhile.

Looks like you are near a Gregg's Cycle (3 locations to server you better!!) lol Love Washington State, I spend a lot of time there. Want to go for an exploration/camping trip out the peninsula past Port Angeles towards the Olympic National Park. Looks awesome out there.

So here is what I have done today.
I painted my mirrors for doorless black because I hated the chrome look.

Finally installed my hitch.(I will have my matching bumper for the rear on in the next week or two).

I also when to the bone yard today and got a transfercase skid for only $3.83. It orange because I had that paint laying around. haha

Thanks. The bumper was actually found through email to a guy who I guess is now making and selling bumpers on ebay. I ordered my matching rear one 2 days ago so it should be pretty sick. I am gonna mount a winch inside the front and then run a winch plate off the receiver of the rear bumper so I have dual winches .
That's awhile down the road tho.
Now that I have a welder I think I may try fabbin up the rest of my stuff. Custom is always cooler IMO
