92 Comanche "Project Last Man Standing"
a short background....
I had my 89 MJ and a Geo prizm (my winter car). well it sucked so bad driving that dumb car in the winter cause all i wanted to do was to drive my Jeep. i park my MJ in the winter to keep it out of the freakin salt they throw around here. Well i was looking for a XJ for the winter and was going to sell my car. I was cruising craigslist and came across this 92 MJ Eliminator really close to where i live. i go and look at it, price was right, and i came home with it. yada yada yada, i sold my car and now have 2 MJs. Now, 4-92 was the last month that the MJ was built. Conveniently mine was built in said month. Some folks on ComancheClub.com told me to send my VIN to Jeep and ask what day mine was built. they came back with, April 25th 1992. So far, i have yet to find one built after mine. Closest i have come across was April 24th. Now im not saying mine was the last built, but its possible its the last Eliminator, or the last 4x4 Eliminator ever. on with the pics first day home... ![]() de-capped... ![]() ![]() I knew it was rusty so i started some rust repair. found this bed with factory roll bar off CL ![]() floors and rocker/cab corner repair ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() here she is now ![]() i have since acquired a mint rear bumper, 2" coil spacers, and metric ton rear springs. This spring will start the complete and proper restoration.

quick question, if this mj is so rare why are you putting non matching parts on it? like the bed? it loses value if the numbers dont match up. just wondering. great lookin trucks by the way, i like what u have done with the red one
