ok, so I did some work on the jeep at school today with some buddies who helped out. We took off the front bumper because I'm going to try and build my own, we took the driver side Fender Flares off and tried to get the passenger side off too but class ended way to early. i don't have any during pics, but here's some after pics...... In the rain....

Alright, It's been a long time since I've been on here because I've been too busy, but I haven't neglected my jeep!!
I haven't done a whole lot for it, but I did build a brush guard and back light guards for it, waitin for an open day to put them fully on
For some reason Photo bucket isn't allowing me to upload any pics, does anybody else have this problem??

So this last Friday i jumped school early (Don't worry, it was all legal) And took a 3 hour drive to pick up 5 of these[IMG][/IMG]
They were near Salem, So I took off a little early, picked these up for $250 (With chrome lugs and caps and valve stems) And went to drop off a couple boxes of stuff for my gf at college, I think it was a pretty good deal, I hope, they are Devino 349's 15x8 inch, they're all basically brand new, what do you guys think??

It's been awhile since my last update, told you guys it'd be slow, so I'll bring you up to date;
Since the new wheels I have been searching and searching for new tires, couldn't find any, or they kept being bought before i got there, So I started on my own custom Fender Flares:
Took some sheet metal we had laying around the shop at school, cut some 5 inch pegs out for the frame using 1 inch x 1/8(I think) square tubing , and (Horribly/quickly) welded them together
[IMG][/IMG]
[IMG][/IMG]
Then I cut out some braces?? you'd call em?? and welded those to the pegs
[IMG][/IMG]
Then I took some of the square tubing, cut in some relief cuts (10 roughly) and bent to for form this
[IMG][/IMG]
Cut that down a bit, fit it in, and welded
[IMG][/IMG]
[IMG][/IMG]
Here's both of them, I think they look pretty uni-formal... Bad welds and all
[IMG][/IMG]
Then I realized that all that extra armor was... unnecessary, so I took the plasma cutter and chopped it all up
[IMG][/IMG]
Then I ground down all the welds and extra metal
[IMG][/IMG]
[IMG][/IMG]
And that bring you up to date on those, and just tonight I found 5 D. Cepek Tires on CL and grabbed those as soon as I could, 33x12.5x15's 70% on 4 and 100% on the 5th pretty happy about that at $250
[IMG][/IMG]
And that's all I have so far

Just got my tires and wheels mounted together tonight
[IMG][/IMG]
Also worked more on my flares
[IMG][/IMG]
[IMG][/IMG]
Only that small triangle will be expanded metal, the rest will be sheet, I just wanted to build them my way I guess, haha
Also ordered these the other night:
Winch: http://www.smittybiltdepot.com/Smitt..._pn=S%2fB97281
Soft Top (black denim one :http://www.quadratec.com/products/11033_50XX_PG.htm
So what do you guys think?? Good decisions?? Bad decisions?? Remember though, I'm pretty cheap when it comes to buying this stuff because I've still got loads of more MOD's comin

Brown Santa and brought me Thanksgiving presents a couple days ago, took some pics to put em on here, but we have been having a big storm come through here, so now that there's a break in the heavy wind, I can put these up
I got in a Smittybilt XRC-8 winch, the thin box is the winch plate, and the one underneath is the Smittybilt soft top
[IMG][/IMG]
Sorry for the crappy pics, but this is the winch opened from the box
[IMG][/IMG]
Bare winch:
[IMG][/IMG]
All the goodies that came with it (usual stuff)
[IMG][/IMG]
And here the winch is with the control box mounted on and hooked up to the motor:
