was able to get out and test the suspension out this past saturday. every year there is a jeep relay for life event to raise money for cancer so its a great time to test things out and for a good cause. the suspension did very well and when coming off a large object it lands soft like a coil spring jeep. i was surprised on how well it did.

here is the new crossmember/skid plate. just need some plating for the bottom. i welded coupler nuts so the skid plate can be removed to access the tcase oil pan.
gained about 6 inches in making my own skid plate

well i got new tires mounted and put on rocker guards too. next is some fender trimming and using TJ flares.

had to cut the run flats off so i can keep the dual beadlocks.

Here is what it looks like as of now. I'm working on hydraulic clutch kit now and just bought a ram assist steering kit complete for $150.

installed a hydraulic clutch linkage kit from novak jeeps. pretty easy install. the hardest part is drilling a hole through the pedal. i wanted to do this with out removing the steering column and pedal assembly. so i purchased a right angle drill and had just enough room.

Installed ARB air locker replacing the Lincoln locker I had and put on the free cover it came with.
