6.0L with nv4500 swap.

I am pretty new to the Jeep world and so far I love it! i have a 1990 jeep yj with the 4.2. It feels sluggish and i cant keep the oil pressure about 20 while driving so im leaning towards a good swap and after researching a little bit I think I want to go with the 5.3L or the 6.0L and the NV4500 manual trans. I dont plan to do any serious offroading or crawling yet as this is my daily for a little while due to me just selling my truck because i never drove it! I just had a few questions maybe yall could help me out. Does the nv4500 bolt up to the 6.0L? If i remember right that is a matched combo but i may be mistaken and what do I need to do with bolting to my transfer case? I dont plan on changing the axles yet because im not going to be pushing it to hard with the setup. Has anyone done this swap before? I am also swapping from carb to FI which is another deal I havent done before so this will all be a new experience to me. But any suggestions or ideas I will take because I could use all the help I can get! I have a buddy who is helping me do everything he has an offroad shop so tools and what not wont be a problem. Thanks
